Josh...absolutely right about Finley. When I read that Don Nelson was
taking some heat in Dallas for the team's miserable play, and saw that
Finley started the season playing like crap, I thought the same thing. So
help me God, I think if Rick started working the phone to Dallas right now,
Nelson could be talked into it. You sell Battie's late season
productivity/Texas connection....Mercer's shooting efficiency...that the
Mav's aren't going anywhere with Finley...and I think the Celtics have a
shot. Nelson's just nuts enough to do it.
