Mercer For Baker...

Is a possibility with Peter Vecsey mentioning today that
Seattle will probably deal him in a sign and trade.  A three
man rotation at the C - PF of Potapenko, Baker and Battie would
be pretty good.  Of course, if the C's can't afford Mercer,
how can they afford Baker, unless Kenny is included in the deal,
or perhaps Popeye and Ellison?

One note for Peter: Apparently Pierce can guard Latrell
Sprewell, and I think his defense against other shooting
guards will be just as exemplary.
