For the Bulls to sign and trade Vin they'd have to sign him and trade him 6 months after being signed. I doubt the Sonics would trade Baker straight up for Walker as they'd be looking to get a starting center and there are no starting centers to be found in free agency and the Sonics would definitely not trade Baker straight up for Vitaly Potapenko.
