Why I Would Trade Walker For Steve Francis - The Reasons

1. Antoine is miscast as a power forward.  His defense
is horrendous; he rushes his shots close to the basket;
he boxes out poorly; he drifts to the perimeter....

2. Francis is shooting 52.4 % from the field. Joe compared him
to Chauncey, but Billups during his final season with the
Buffaloes shot an Walkeresque 41.8 %, although he was better
than Francis from the 3-point line hitting 41.6 % compared
to Francis' 39.0 %.  Not much of a difference, however.

3. Francis, despite playing alongside, a Tyus Edney clone
in Terrell Stokes, is averaging 4.6 assists a game.  Imagine
what will happen when he becomes the primary point guard.
I'm putting him down for at least 7 a game.

4. Francis is a terrific ballhog. He has 83 steals in 31 games.
Great quickness and anticipation, is a strong facet of his game.
