Did I read in one of the papers that Pitino mentioned they're going to have
to "work on" Vitaly's propensity for fouling everything near him as quickly
as possible? "Every time I hear the word culture I take out my gun." Every
time I hear Pitino say that he's going to "work on" something I type out
the word "mistake." But...they need a big guy...right? I'm trying to feel
good about this...c'mon...I know it'll work out. Oh...before I feel really,
really good about this...does anybody get the feeling that when Pitino
signs this guy today he becmes an "overpriced backup nobody wants because
of his contract," if he doesn't work out? But he's going to work
out...because the team needs a center...and he'll be a good one at a good
price...and it finally stopped raining.
