Cavs Turn Down Celtics Offer For Potapenko

According to Bob Finnan of the News Herald in Ohio,
the Cavs turned down the Celtics offer of DeClerqc
and a future first round pick for Potapenko. 

Perhaps they wanted this year's number one; a
draft choice Pitino would be hesitant to depart
with, since the C's are collapsing inward,
imploding like a neutron star.
