blow up the bomb squad

	My only major complaint right now is Pitino's idiotic use of the
bomb squad.  Bringing in Barros, Bowen, Minor, McCarty, and DeClerq all
at once is just asking for a beating.  Sure they hustle like crazy, but
the bottom line is that they suck.  They are a lot like "ten pounds of
monkey crap in a five pound bag."  With three good scorers on the team,
there is no reason why at least one of Mercer, Pierce, and Walker cannot
be on the floor at all times.  You could even have two of them on the
floor at all times by playing 16 minutes of each pair: Mercer/Walker,
Mercer/Pierce, and Pierce/Walker.  Then they could all play together for
the last 6 minutes of the game.  I'm waaaaay behind on reading the list,
so maybe this has already been covered.

	The trading deadline is Thursday at 6PM, and supposedly David
Robinson is available.  Maybe we'll trade Kenny, Minor, and Battie for him
after trading Barros for Wesley.  Who knows.  I hope something happens.
I'm itching for a trade that improves our defense.
