I'm in total agreeance with you..

Forget the draft lottery, forget the draft picks, just focus on winning. Nothing
gets you more experience than winning games and getting to the post season.

It doesn't matter how much talent you have on your roster if you dont have the
playoff experience (in your key players) to win. Take a look at the Minnesota
Timberwolves the past two seasons and you'll see a perfect example - A lot of
talented young players (Marbury, KG, Googs, et al) but no one except Terry Porter in
their key 8 players had any real playoff experience and when they needed it in games
4 and 5 last year against Seattle they blew it based soley on that.
