I don't believe end of game bad calls just happen
indiscrimately.  The refs in Indiana gave indiana all
the calls.  Maybe the idea of a four game sweep didn't
appeal to the league offices.  The foul on Camby was
unconscionable.  The others are typical judgement
calls.
