They fit into a system that works for their particular teams.  However,
Greg Anthony exposed John Stockton's weakness with aggressive defense. 
Mark Jackson did not fit in with the team that New York traded him to and
we did not hear from him.  However, in Indiana he is in system that fits
his style of play.
