Since I now know that Samaki Walker is a free agent, why the heck would we be trading for him if we can sign him for the exception??? I was watching Jim Rome the other day and he had Pitino on. Pitino said that about 15 of the 29 teams are interested in Mercer. Why give him up for a guy you can sign anyway???? There have to be other offers!!! I'm confused!!! Josh
