Re: Popeye



Who are some of the PFs out there that could help the Celtics that we could
realistically get?

I know someone posted a list before, but I don't remember it.

I think Brian Grant would be great, but we'd have to give up a lot to get
him.

I still like the idea of trading Ron Mercer for PJ Brown.

PJ averaged 11.4 points a game and 6.9 rebounds.  Plus he won't be a hard
hit against our cap.

If Pierce is willing to move over to the 2 (I'm not sure if he'll play as
well there though)
Then possibly we could sign Rodney Rogers with our $2 million exception. (If
he'll sign) We could also add Adrian Griffin who seems to be playing well.

I'm not sure what exactly our lineup would be though.
