No, but I'd be suspicious of this person's motives because of the above
stipulation.  

Money orders are difficult to trace;  therefore, this individual could cash
the money order without ever furnishing tickets, and the sender of the
money order would have virtually no traceability (as opposed to a check,
which can be definitely tracked upon being cashed) and no proof of
having made payment for the tickets.
