I think this would be a great trade for Washington because I love Cassell. I 
know he's a shoot-first point guard, but he's getting better and he is really 
talented. Stickland, for all the attention he has been getting, has never been 
the point guard for a really good team. I look at that Washington team last year 
and can't help but think it should have been better. When I see that, I usually 
look two places: Coach or point guard.

Seikaly is out for 3 - 5 weeks with an injured ankle. Even tho this trade with
improve NJ's starting lineup talentwise, it would deplete their bench
severely. Kittles is also out 3 - 5 weeks or more so I can't see this
happening now even if it was already in the works.
