RE: Jordan Retiring?

The shorter season would require Jordan to play to many games in short amount of
time. He needs rest and the short season doesn't allow it. Hopefully the C's
conditioning will really help out this year.

Actually, I thought the short season would have made it easier for Jordan to
come back - he would only have to work 5 or 6 months and collect another
championship - that is if he could get Pippen back as well. I do agree that
the league will go on and hopefully the Celtics are a major player in the
post Jordan era!

Who cares, life will go on, the NBA will go on. Many will feel the NBA will
self destruct. I don't. Who knows, he has retired before, he may retire 5
more times. I do respect Michael the way he has carried himself throughout
his career. He gets an "A". His body may be telling him something, and a
shortened season may have helped him with his decision. Let the games begin.

Will ESPN NBA.com broadcast games over the net?
