Lately I've been getting tons of junk from postings:

Please...
before posting an email, turn off all HTML formatting in your email
application. Go into your Preferences/Settings/whatever and turn off the
automatic HTML. Those who receive the list in Digest form can't interpret
the HTML; it comes out as garbage. Thank you for your consideration.
