I have said the same thing many times DJ.  I can't understand how fans can
be critical of Toine for dwindling rebounding stats when he is asked to play
outside on the perimeter like this.  Isn't that just a bit unrealistic?  If
he was playing down low in a position to rebound consistently, I would
agree.  If RP has plays which are designed with Poine being far outside of
rebound range, this criticizm is somewhat misguided.  Of equal concern to me
is VP's lack of rebounding.  Besides being terribly foul-prone, how many
teams have a starting C who averages less than 6 boards per game?

Why not put VP out high in the offensive set which would force whoever is
guarding him away from the basket?  He's not an offensive rebounder anyway.
This would create more space for Toine, Pierce, Fortson and Battie.
