Please don't think that I'm picking on you Jaime cuz I'm not.  But didn't
Pitino mention in the game recently where the starters stayed on the bench
for most of the 4th quarter, that they second unit was playing well and
there was no reason to take them out?  Coaching stategy must be adapted to
the situation.  If 3 guys are tired, you don't leave them on the floor for
continuity purposes.  Some of the time, players inform the coach that they
are tired and in need of a substitute.  Should they be forced to remain on
the floor anyway?  I know I have made players stay on for longer than they
would have liked.
