 Celtics sign agreement with Fox Sports Net


 BOSTON (AP) - Boston Celtics home and road games will be
 televised on Fox Sports Net New England this season, according to a
 new agreement signed by the team and station. 

 Last season, Fox Sports Net televised the team's home games, but
 WABU (Channel 68) televised the team's road games. 

 WABU was bought by PAX television in May, and the network did not
 want to continue televising Celtics games, said team spokesman Jeff
 Twiss. Before last season, WSBK (Channel 38) televised Celtics road
 games. 

 The terms of the agreement, including the amount paid by Fox Sports
 Net and the length of the contract, were not disclosed. 

 Fox Sports Net, which was previously known as the Prism Network
 and Sportschannel, has televised Celtics home games since 1981.
