As far as the Bird exemption goes, it should only apply to players who began
their NBA careers with the same club. There should also be a limit to how many
players per team would be eligible (let's see... Walker, Mercer, Pierce...
let's pick 3!). Or at least only include other players if they are with a team
for 3 years minimum.
