I was not aware of that.  That would of course change things.
I guess that means Phoenix won't be able to sign any free agents,
as they'll have to use a lot of their cap space to re-sign
Mcdyess, who since he has only been with the Suns for one
season, according to you, is not eligible for the Larry Bird
exemption.
