Re: Another cap suggestion



This proposal won't have much, if any, affect on teams who usually stay 
under the cap.  Players will always want out of crappy teams in crappy 
markets.  The best way to keep players would be to manage your team 
well, and be competative.  Off the top of my head, I have to assume that 
these teams already lose players because they are unable or unwilling to 
match offers.  I don't think this would make much of a difference to 
them, especially if they intend to stay under the cap.
