When he said that no-one could be bigger than the coach, was it in reference to Toine thinking he didn't have to obey the rules (prima dona-like) or that Rick's ego couldn't handle someone who was a bigger star (gets more attention) than he? From the context, I took it to be the latter and get the feeling that ML doesn't like Rick too much. Bill
