  For those of use who were and still are Rick Fox fans, that's a nice 
fantasy, but the Celtics' top priority is a Center (with a capital "C"), 
and they know it, and unless they pull another trade, they won't be able 
to clear more than one roster spot, except if they play the "rotating 
injured man" game again next year. 

  Having Fox would be like having a more experienced version of Bruce Bowen, 
with a better outside shot.  Fox and Bowen would give the Celtics two 
outstanding one-on-one defenders who are also smart, all-around fundamentally 
sound players.  It would make the Celtics even stronger at neutralizing 
teams with dominating gaurds and small forwards, but would not help them 
against the teams that have dominating Centers, which is where they currently 
have the most trouble. 

  Emotionally, I'd love to see it happen, but I know it won't happen unless 
they first get whatever big man they want, and still have some room to 
manuever. 

  It would also give the Celtics 2 Rick's.  :-)
