Antoine For Shareef: Here's The Deal As Proposed On WEEI

Pete Sheppard (sp?) on Sports-Raio WEEI in Boston said he's heard from two or 
three sources that the Celtics (aka Rick Pitino) are planning a big trade.  The 
deal, which he thinks has a "strong possibility" of occurring, would be Antoine 
and the tenth pick to Vancouver for Shareef Abdur-Rahim and the second pick in 
the draft.  

I don't what anyone else thinks, but this would be a great deal for the 
Celtics.  While Shareef may not be as good as Antoine, he's certainly not far
behind, and the acquisition of the second pick gives the C's a wide degree of
flexibility.  They could take either Paul Pierce, Vince Carter, Robert Traylor,
Dirk Nowitzki, or trade down, dump a salary cap dreg like Pervis Ellison or 
Travis Knight and still come up with one of Il Duce's favorite players - Raef
LaFrentz.
