I would have to agree that the system sucks.  The  All Star game is to
honor the players that have had a good season.  It is now a joke because
it has become a popularity contest.  I'm convinced that someone like MJ
could not play a single game the first half of the season and still make
the team.

	No, the system of letting fans vote is a good idea.  The thing
that sucks is
	that hardly any of the fans that vote actually pay attention to
the whole
	league.  They just pick all the players on their favorite teams,
or the names
	that they recognize.  There are a lot of bandwagon Bulls fans
out there, so
	that explains why Rodman and Pippen got more votes than Walker.
