CBS shot charts

CBS.sportsline  has a new feature called the NBA shot chart.

The shot charts are by quarters and  show only hook or jump shots.

Coming soon are dunks, layups, and free throws.

This is a very neat feature and I really like it.  It should really
help some of the sharper minds on the Celtic's list do a better
job analyzing the game.

I noticed that the C's made only 39 of 95 for 41.1%, but made 15 of 18
free throws.  The Grizzlies hit 31 of 61 for 50.8 % and made 31 of 36
free throws.

Leading scorers for Boston were Walker 22,  McCarty 14, and Mercer 14.
Bryant Reeves got 41, Thorpe 17, and Abdur-rahim 16 for the losing
Grizzlies.

Chauncy Billups had 9 assists, and Dana Barros had 5 to lead the C's.

Boston won the game 97-93.
