Why would Dino Radja's salary be off the cap.  There are two more years left on his contract?

The airthmetic of the cap is as under:
Total Celtics salary (with increments) = 29   mill
Renounce Edney + Popeye + Tabak        =  3.2 mill
Dino Radja's salary will be off        =  2.5 mill
Add back salary of an 8th pick         =  1.0 mill

Estimated cap                          = 32   mill
So cap room for next season            = 32 - 29 + 3.2 + 2.5 - 1.0 = 7.7 mill.

So 7-7.5 mill is accurate. - Mishra
