Austin was trade bait because technicalities prevented the Heat from offering him big FA bucks if he
remained on the Miami roster (a la Travis with LA).  Does this trade mean that those restrictions
will no longer apply?  Is that why Riley (the devious SOB) traded Austin to the one place where no
one wants to stay?
