Anderson averaged 17.0 mins/pg in his rookie season, how many
mins/pg has Billups averaged thus far?  That may account for the
difference in productivity.

Kenny's stats clearly illustrate one very valid reason for keeping Billups.
Have a close look at Anderson's first year.  Now draw a comparison to
the
year Billups is having THUS FAR.
