Even then his shooting % is not all that great.

What you are saying is accurate but just consider this why was Portland so eager 
to ship him out and worse even pay the freight. I would be suspicious even if I 
didn't know the guy one bit wouldn't you?

No that is not accurate this trade, doesn't put us under the cap. We getback the 
2.8 mill by renouncing Popeye & Tabak. Now 2.8 mill as per rules won't translate 
into a 49 mill contract because the 20% increases is over the base salary and 
therefore the maximum amount they can offer is 31.36 mill.
