NBA Woes

        Another list subscriber and myself have been conversing since yesterday
about the sad state the NBA is running into fast!!! Are these players worth
the money they are commanding??? Should owners(its their own fault) be
forced between the choice, lose money and win, or break even and not contend
for playoffs or championships. This is the dilema now facing the NBA. I
always thought you entered in investment on the pretense you were going to
make money off your venture!! Kevin Garnett is a good example: Wolves worth
160 million pay Garnett
126 million How can they make money, provide entertainment, and just plain
stay alive with these types of numbers. Next major question is how much
money do you need to survive, but, live comfortably.. I know I dont need 126
million to live
very nicely!!! Maybe I am a fool but I feel I could live very nicely off of say
2 million a year for 3 years. Thats 6 million folks, think you could live
nicely for that( I think you could) I agree that the owners caused this but,
it needs to stop now!!! WHAT DO YOU THINK
