The players are deluded

I read the Newsweek article.  The players are deluded.  If they think
this is about anything other than money they are wrong.  And it they
want the benefits of playing pro ball, then they have to take the
burdens.  If they don't do a better job of selling themselves to the
public, they will die.  Do they think that the public is going to
continue to have Iverson, Rider and others thrust down their throat and
keep coming around.  You can't have it both ways.  Go start a "players"
league and see how much respect you get.

This is what Billy Hunter, Falk and that other agent have sold the black
players.  It is evil and sinister.  They have been manipulated.  Between
this bs and the offer to move .05%, no wonder a deal can't be reached.
