Re: the C's new TV contract



I have a large dish, so I will not get any away games unless we can get the
other team's feed.  I realize the games will be on Direct TV but that will
also not be the Celtics' announcers, as I understand it.  The only people
outside the Boston area who will be able to get the Celtics' own announcers
will be those who have cable that picks it up.  That probably will not
happen anywhere outside New England, either.  At least when they were on
WSBK, as much as I hate UPN, the people around the country were able to get
the away games.  Now they'll get nothing much, except for NBC and TNT, etc.,
those few games.  Fox Sports New England games are very often not shown out
west, for instance.  :(
