Ford out!

Get this:
The Milwaukee Bucks fired head coach Chris Ford on Wednesday. The team is "going in a different direction," general manager Bob Weinhauer said. Ford, who had previously coached the Boston Celtics, joined the Bucks in June 1996 and had a three-year contract through the 1998-99 season. Ford compiled a 69-95 record in two years as Bucks coach. Milwaukee has not reached the playoffs since 1991.
