I couldn't agree with you more or say it any more eloquently than you
did. Maybe you have an around about point, that the owners should also
be random tested along with the players. Some of these owners had to be
smoking something good to sign some of these players to the outrageous
contracts that has put the NBA in the position that they find themselves
in today.
