Point well taken, Jim. I did have some trouble with the labelling of the "stages" as such, as that implies some sequential series (sequential series?) of events. In reality, they are probably better labelled "elements of maturity," or maybe "8 ingredients needed to be an NBA star." But I do think that he dissected those elements/stages quite well. -- Doug
