Warwick -does this take into account

 1. the expectied $6-8MM increase in the cap per team, based upon the new TV
contract? Doesn't appear to, and that will make a significant difference to
eceryone, especially those closest to being currently capped out.
 2. renouncing all, none, or most likely of a team's FA? Looks like all, but
just wanted to be sure.
