Derek Smith?  The man could hardly walk, yet he practically beat the 
hell out of Chuck Person, thus arguably making the difference in Game 2 
and saving the 1991 Pacer series.  

Pritchard?  Sure, but then you'd have to count Chris Corchiani, A.J. 
Wynder, and a host of other marginal pros who came & went.  I thought we 
were looking for more prominent busts -- i.e., King (whom I didn't 
include because he was on the '96-'97 team, ALL of whom should make the 
list IMO).

McCarty?  Huh?  The guy's a second year player who runs all day.  I'm 
not sure he's a real basketball player, but he's an asset to the team 
and certainly doesn't deserve to be mentioned in the same breath with 
Acie "Mr. October" Earl.
