There is long and super article about Larry Legend on the 
website of Sporting news com. In that he comments about ML.
He said that ML is a friend and he respects ML. But Bird was
very sure that ML was not the guy for either job.

Bird also has his great admiration for KCJones, whom he 
follows in his coaching style [with a pinch of Bill Fitch].

All in all great reading stuff.
