Parish was probably the second or third best center in the NBA during
the mid 80's.  I would only consider  Jabar (although he was never a strong 
rebounder for his size) and Moses Malone as better players at that time.

I couldn't find any stats on the web before 1988 but here's his numbers for
the 85-86, 1988-89 (the year Larry was out) and the 89-90 seasons.
