KNIGHT and THE CHIEF -Reply

Chief was not a roll player he was a superstar.  He will certainly be in
the hall of fame and he was voted one fo the 50 greatest players of all
time.  He could run up and down the court as fast as any center and he
directed the entire celtics defense.  His shot was awkward looking but
effective and he was a great rebounder.

Knight is no where near the defensive player Chief was, nor will he ever
be.

as I recall was the Chief really that fantastic? or at least in the early
years?... The're both the same type of players.. In my opinion Knight is
and
will be as the chief was.. both not superstars like Ewing or Robinson, but
get the job done and can became or will become successful as a roll
player
