Mills Trade

Mills trade was very unexpected. We had him under contract for
7 years at a reasonable price. And he is a good player with
defense and durability. And Mills is gone !!

About McCarty and Dontae Jones......we will have the tough task
of signing them, if they are that good....after we lock up
Walker.

How good is the Minnesota guy, John Thomas ? May be it is the
draft picks that allured Pitino. 

I am fairly certain that some other deal is in the works...
I guess only Indiana has more players under contract.

I hope that we land somebody good with another trade or we
will have yet another lllloooonnnngggg season.

ps: Was Pitino disappointed with Mills during the preseason ?
ESPN quotes Mills and says that Pitino asked Mills about the
trade before finalising it, the reason being Mills reduced 
playing time [possible] behind Larry Johnson.
