Pitino named Chris Wallace GM (Heat director of player personel). However,
in compensation he agreed to swap second round picks w/ the heat.

This move sucks big time !!!!  We move from 31 & getting a good player, to
56 scrub time/ Mr. Irrelevant !  for a G.M. ?




 Also trade rumor in the Herald (I think) today. 3, 6, and Dino for 2 and
Stackhouse.

I like Stackhouse but I don't know if he & the 2 are worth Radja, 3 & 6.  I
like Tony Battie, but have questions on how successful he will be in the
NBA, especially at the center position.   I would give them the 6 for
Stackhouse, but if we pick Mercer it probably makes sense keeping the 6.
