	You are correct.  Signing this 7'9" center would violate the 
"Trading With the Enemy Act" because he is from NORTH Korea.  The United 
States has viewed NK as a rogue nation since the early 1950s.  I'm note 
sure how granting him political asylum would effect his entry into the NBA.
