I think what he said was that the Donyal Marshall was the best player
in college basketball which is not the same as saying that he was
the best NBA prospect.  The Celtics never had the option of drafting 
Marshall.  He was selected 4th in the 1994 draft and the Celtics picked 
9th, selecting Eric Montross.
