Because the Bobby McFerrin poster child ("don't worry, be happy") we have as
coach/GM doesn't want to make anyone unhappy -same reasoning behind giving
12 guys 20 min/game each, regardless of need, until injuries made this
impossible.

The players may be busting their butts, but they are not the only members of
the Cs. I'm not so sure this qualifies as a cheapshot, rather than solid
truth, if you apply it to management/coaching.
