McDaniel and Corbin

It is indeed a small world.  And try as I might, I can hardly get anyone
to realize the playoffs are on.  But before I repair to watch some of
the game.  I wanted to tell you what a small world it is.

Yesterday, my son and I were cruising around doing some errands in my
wife's van.  At a traffic light I looked down and saw Xavier McDaniel
and Joe Rhett (former center at South Carolina--heart problems).  We
chatted, and I said Utah 4-1 and X laughed and said I had it backwards,
Chicago 4-1.  We were on our way to Lowe's.  When we walked in, we went
to the lawnmower area.  There was Tyrone Corbin.  Ty says, he is rooting
for Utah, but that Michael is still the man right now.  He thinks Utah
can win if they can play their game and stick to their game plan, ie,
don't panic.

BTW, he said Christian is a cool guy.  He just wants to win, and score
while he is winning.

Go Jazz, win one for Pistol Pete and for Jerry Sloan, one of the best 3
guards ever to play for the Bulls, the other two being Norm Van Lier and
MJ.
