OK, and let's assume that Roy Rogers isn't their long term answer at the 
4.  Brian Grant and Brian Williams are both available and either would 
jump at the $6M starting salary Thorpe would be getting from the Griz in 
1997-98.  With those two relatively young players available, why would 
an expansion team want Otis Thorpe?  The Celtics, on the other hand, 
would be looking for a 4/5 to fill a hole for two years until Baker is 
available.
