I think that they could be as high as 4th in the Atlantic.
This would count on the Wizards playing inconsistently. Of course, if the Knicks
fall apart (wouldn't that be a shame) they could be 3rd in the division. 

Realistically though, I think they will win 15-20 more games next season, and 
finish 5th ahead of NJ and Philly. 

What do other people think?
